 To tier up your armor head to the Forger at spawn, The Forger is located behind the Identifier and to the right of the Scrapper. Once at the Forger right click the NPC and click the armor piece you wish to tier up, once you click the armor piece hover over the axe and it will show you the requirements to tier up said armor piece, once ready and meet the requirements click the axe and your armor piece will tier up to the next level.
