There are two types of events within FishOn: Reoccurring Events & Limited Edition Events.

Reoccurring events happen at random intervals all the time. There are currently two reoccurring events: lightning storms and rainbows.

Lightning storms grant 25% faster fishing speed. When a lightning storm begins, a chat message appears announcing it and the weather icon at the top of the screen turns to a ⚡︎ symbol.
