Cairns is the 14th unlockable location of FishOnMC.
This location has a long and proud history as one of the foremost fishing locations
anywhere on the planet.

Real Life History

The first 1000+ pound black marlin was caught off the coast in 1966. This event sparked major attention, and thus the sport fishing industry was popularized here and still thrives to this day. Cairns plays a significant role in recreational fishing in the local community. This also contributes significantly to the regional economy, especially the tourist economy.

To this day, the great numbers in tourism encourage and educate
the community and provide great help to sustain natural resource management and conservation.
