Cape Cod is the 12th unlockable location of FishOnMC. this location offers great fishing opportunities for both recreational and sport fishermen, Cape Cod's rich fishing grounds and diverse ecosystems make it a popular fishing destination
Real Life History
Cape Cod used to be overtaken by the commercial fishing industry, having around 700 boats that filled its ports. Cape cod is rich in cold storage, piers, shipbuilders and saltworks and it was a huge fishing industry, they especially fished for cods.
Due to overfishing catching groundfish and cods decreased by 90%, Even with this decline in groundfish and cods, the locals adapted and to this day Cape Cod remains as a great fishing location.
