Everglades is the 5th unlockable location in FishOnMC. Sometimes called the “River of Grass,” this location is a vast and swampy basin filled with extreme biodiversity.

Real Life History

Everglades has been a fishing hub for ages. Native tribes relied on the water for their food mostly consisting of basses and catfish. European settlers had created larger boats, and by the 1900s, Everglades became a popular spot for sport fishing. On December 6th, 1947, Everglades officially became a United States National Park and has around 1.5 million acres of protected land.

Today, The Everglades remains a top fishing spot, attracting fishermen from all over the world, while still preserving its traditions and history.
