Fishing Stats

Luck increases your chance of catching higher rarity fish. You can increase your luck with Armor, Pets, and one of your generic location rolls. The rare rainbow event also provides +500 Luck for a short period.
The luck formula is as follows:

Rarity	% Chance
	100 - (Rare + Epic + Legendary + Mythical)
	30 + (Luck * 0.002)
	10 + (Luck * 0.004)
	4 + (Luck * 0.006)
	1 + (Luck * 0.008)

Scale increases your chance of catching higher size tier fish. You can increase your scale with Armor, Pets, and one of your generic location rolls.
The scale formula is as follows:

Rarity	% Chance
Baby	100 - (Juvenile + Adult + Large + LargePlus + Gigantic )
Juvenile	40 - (Scale * 0.008)
Adult	30 + (Scale * 0.008)
Large	7 + (Scale * 0.008)
Large+	2.98 + (Scale * 0.01)
Gigantic	0.02 + (Scale * 0.001)
